In-stock items are typically delivered within 7-14 working days. For made-to-order sofas or dining sets, lead times may vary between 4 to 12 weeks depending on the manufacturer.
Do you offer professional assembly services?
Yes, we offer a 'White Glove' delivery service on selected items which includes room-of-choice delivery, professional assembly, and the removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home furnishings?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that bespoke or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Does my furniture come with a warranty?
All NCF Living furniture comes with a standard 12-month manufacturer's guarantee covering structural defects and workmanship. Extended protection plans are also available for purchase.
Can I request fabric samples before purchasing a sofa?
Absolutely. We offer a free swatch service so you can see and feel the fabric quality in your own home lighting before making a final decision.
