At NCF Living, we want you to be completely satisfied with your furniture purchase. If your new home additions aren't quite right, our straightforward returns policy ensures a smooth process for exchanges or refunds.
Return Process
- 1.Notify Our Team
Contact our customer care department within 14 days of delivery to initiate your return request and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
- 2.Prepare Your Items
Ensure all furniture is disassembled, if applicable, and repacked in its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Schedule Collection
Once your request is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized two-man delivery team to collect the items directly from your home at a scheduled time.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
After the items arrive back at our warehouse and pass a quality inspection, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 working days.
